Owner + Stylist
Joi is from New York and has been doing hair for over 35 years. She continues her education and extensive training by traveling worldwide and attending classes by platform artists. Being a certified color artist, Joi is inspired by every individual that sits in her chair. She loves making people truly happy and giving them GREAT hair! Her expertise ranges from curly hair cuts, pixie and shorter cuts, color correction, and extreme makeovers. Joi is a free spirit and has a heart of gold. In her free time, she enjoys boating on the lake with her family and traveling.
OLIVIA
Owner + Stylist + Extension Specialist
Olivia, a L’Oréal Professionnel Artist and a selected collaborator with Beautick Official, she is deeply committed to continuous learning and growth. She travels extensively throughout the year to provide training and mentorship to salons. With a diverse portfolio that includes work from New York Fashion Week, High-End Brand Campaigns, Celebrity Hair, and multiple print magazine features. Specializing in lived-in blondes, brunette balayage, and cutting, she is also experienced in all methods of extensions, including hand-tied. When she’s not brightening her clients’ days in the salon, Olivia enjoys planning her next travel adventure, spending time with her husband, son Sullivan, and cheering on her Alma mater. Go Dawgs!
LITA
Owner + Stylist
Lita is originally from Spain, then moved to New York for eight years and trained with Vidal Sassoon. She resides in Roswell and has been doing hair for over 20 years. Lita still continuously finds her passion for hair by making a difference in the lives of each person. Her expertise is in highlights, blowouts, and precision cutting. She is certified in Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments and is inspired by the needs of others. Lita is a talented stylist and enjoys making people feel great about themselves with a touch of sass. She travels throughout the world taking education classes from the industry's top artists.
SUZANNE
Stylist
Suzanne is from Connecticut but has called Georgia home for the last 20 years. She has been in the industry for over 25 years. After relocating to Woodstock from Buckhead, Suzanne joined Theory in 2017. She specializes in color, especially reds and copper. She enjoys learning new techniques and staying up to date on the latest trends. In her free time with her family, she enjoys gardening and volunteering with her girl scout.
LACEY
Stylist
Lacey is from Modesto, California, and joined the Theory team in the early spring of 2019. She attended Kennesaw State University before pursuing her passion for hair in 2016. Lacey has a love for balayage, pina coladas, and getting caught in the rain. She considers her chair a safe space for all conversation and values each unique relationship the hair industry has brought her. She is Theory Salon's L'Oreal Color Ambassador where she holds a certification in the art of color.
ANAIS
Assistant
Anais was born and raised in Georgia and proudly embraces her Mexican-American roots, with a deep passion for her culture. After graduating from Chattahoochee Technical College in 2022, she eagerly began her journey in the hair industry. With a particular love for bridal hair and styling, Anais is constantly expanding her knowledge and skills as she works toward discovering her true specialty behind the chair. Outside of the salon, Anais enjoys creating stunning nail designs, spending quality time with friends and family, and staying active with a good workout. She’s excited to bring her passion and talent to the salon, eager to connect with and inspire each of her clients.

JESS
Stylist
Jess is from right here in Woodstock! She graduated from Chattahoochee Technical College with her Master Cosmetology License in 2020 and spent a year working with wigs and toppers. Since starting at Theory she has grown a passion for natural lived in color as well as formal and bridal hair styles. Outside the salon, she is teaching children's choir at her church or coaching her swim team!
ANDI
Stylist
Being a Woodstock native, Andi graduated from Paul Mitchell and joined the Theory family in summer of 2021. Andi specializes in blondes, where she is a true perfectionist and stays busy foiling her clients. She also holds a certificate for Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment. When not at the salon, you can find her by any body of water or cuddling up with her pets.
EMMA C
Stylist
Born and raised in Georgia, Emma graduated from Chattahoochee Technical College with her cosmetology license and has been honing her craft ever since. She has a passion for creating lived-in colors, enhancing blondes, and delivering the perfect voluminous blowout. Outside the salon, Emma loves curating stylish outfits, tackling creative DIY projects, and cherishing time with her beloved dogs. Her goal is to provide a warm, welcoming space where every client feels pampered and leaves looking and feeling their absolute best!
NISA
Stylist
Originally from Florida, Nisa joined our team in the fall of 2020 and has been flourishing ever since. She brings a caring soul and infectious good energy to the salon. Nisa loves creating art through balayage and lived-in hair, and she excels in our Japanese head spa treatments. Her sweet nature shines through, and her incredible singing talent is an added bonus. With a dedication to providing a safe and creative space for her clients, Nisa is truly thriving at our salon.
RENDA
Salon Manager
Renda was born and raised in Southern California. She married her high school sweetheart in 1990 and became a hairstylist in 1991. Her priorty in life was to become a mother. After moving to Albuquerque, NM, she gave birth to two daughters in 1992 and 1994. After 19 years of marriage, her last daughter was born in 2009! Renda was most recently a hairstylist on the Las Vegas Strip at the gorgeous Venetia Hotel. She has been thrilled to switch roles and return to the salon as one of our Salon Managers! She prides herself on providing excellent customer service and supporting our team.
KRISTY
Salon Coordinator
With deep roots in Cherokee County, Kristy brings over a decade of experience in customer service to her role at Theory. Known for her friendly demeaner adn organizational skills, she takes pride in creating a seamless, welcome experience for every client. From scheduling appointments to answering questions, Kristy ensures that every interaction is handled with care. Outside of the salon, she enjoys dancing and flexing her trivia knowledge.
