Joi is from New York and has been doing hair for over 35 years. She continues her education and extensive training by traveling worldwide attending classes by platform artists. Being a certified color artist, Joi is inspired by every individual that sits in her chair. She loves making people truly happy and giving them GREAT hair! Her expertise ranges from curly hair cuts, pixie and shorter cuts, color correction and extreme makeovers. Joi is a free spirit and has a heart of gold. In her free time, she enjoys boating on the lake with her family and traveling.
OLIVIA
Co-Owner + Stylist + Makeup Artist
Olivia, a graduate of the University of Georgia and a L'Oreal Professionnel Educator, is deeply committed to continuous learning. Throughout the year, she travels extensively to provide training, coaching, and mentorship to fellow salons. With a diverse portfolio, Olivia's expertise extends from New York Fashion Week to multiple print magazine features, showcasing her passion for both hair and makeup. Specializing in lived-in blondes, brunette balayage, and cutting. Olivia holds certifications as a L'Oreal Pro Certified Balayage Artist, Network Expert Color Specialist, and Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment practitioner. When she's not making her clients laugh in her salon chair, Olivia enjoys planning her next travel escapade or cherishing moments with her husband, son Sullivan, and beloved pups.

Co-Owner + Stylist
Lita is originally from Spain, then moved to New York for eight years and trained with Vidal Sassoon. She resides in Roswell and has been doing hair for over 20 years. Lita still continuously finds her passion for hair by making a difference in the lives of each person. Her expertise are in highlights, blowouts, and precision cutting. She is certified in Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments and is inspired by the needs of others. Lita is a talented stylist and enjoys making people feel great about themselves with a touch of sass. She travels throughout the world taking education classes from the industry's top artists.

Suzanne is from Connecticut but has called Georgia home for the last 20 years. She has been in the industry for over 25 years. After relocating to Woodstock
from Buckhead, Suzanne joined Theory in 2017. She specializes in color, especially reds and copper.
She enjoys learning new techniques and staying up to date on the latest trends. In her free time with her family, she enjoys gardening, and volunteering with her
girl scout.
Lacey is from Modesto, California and joined the Theory team in the early spring of 2019. She attended Kennesaw State University before pursuing her passion for hair in 2016. Lacey has a love for balayage, pina coladas and getting caught in the rain. She considers her chair a safe space for all conversation and values each unique relationship the hair industry has brought her.
Nikki is a true Georgia peach, born and raised in Marietta, GA. She has been in the industry for over fourteen years. Nikki specializes in blondes as well as long layered haircuts. She truly looks forward to building relationships with her clients and furthering her education through Theory Salon. Nikki has three children and enjoys traveling, time at the ballpark, and being with her family.

Originally from Florida, Nisa joined our team in the fall of 2020 and has been growing in the industry ever since. She is a very caring soul, you can just feel her good energy! With an outlook to create art and provide a safe space for her clientele, it's no wonder Nisa is thriving at our salon. Her sweet nature isn't the only thing sweet about her either...This girl can sing like no other!
Jess is from right here in Woodstock! She graduated from Chattahoochee Technical College with her Master Cosmetology License in 2020 and spent a year working with wigs and toppers. Since starting at Theory she has grown a passion for natural lived in color as well as formal and bridle hair styles. When she isn't behind the chair she is teaching children's choir at her church or coaching her swim team!
Being a Woodstock native, Andi graduated from Paul Mitchell and joined the Theory family in summer of 2021. Andi specializes in all blondes whether it's highlights or balayage, you will be bright! When not at the salon, you can find her by any body of water or cuddling up with her pets.

Emma is originally form McDonough Georgia, but raised in Kennesaw. She graduated form Chattahoochee Technical College on the Presidents List with her Cosmetology Certificate. She hopes to specialize in precision cutting, blondes, and extensions. Her goal is to provide a welcoming environment for her clients and be a creative asset to the Theory team. In her free time Emma enjoys exercising with her dog Bella and continuing her education with hair.

Renda was born and raised in Southern California. She marries her high school sweetheart in 1990 and became a hairstylist in 1991. Her main goal in life was to be a mother. After moving to Albuquerque NM she gave birth to two daughters in 1992 and 1994. Then after 19 years of marriage her another daughter was born in 2009! Renda was most recently a hairstylist on the Las Vegas strip at the gorgeous Venetia Hotel. She has been thrilled to switch roles and return to the salon as the front desk coordinator/salon manager! She prides herself on providing excellent costumer service!
