At Theory Salon, we are committed to providing an exceptional, elevated experience for every guest. The following policies are in place to ensure a seamless, professional, and respectful environment for both our clients and our team.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below.

SALON POLICIES

 

SCHEDULING

A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. We accept major credit cards and approved digital payments. 

PRICING

All booking prices reflect the starting price for each service and are subject to change after consultation.

Pricing varies based on stylists experience, education, and expertise. Pricing also varies due to length & thickness of hair as well as amount of product used. If you have any questions regarding pricing please, do not hesitate to reach out to our salon coordinators.

ARRIVALS & LATE APPOINTMENTS

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate our following guests. In these cases, the full service price will still apply. If your arrival time prevents us from performing the service as booked, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a partial or full service fee may be charged.

CANCELLATION

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We charge 100% of the service appointment to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation. All cancellations must be made by phone, not email, as it is not monitored daily. We understand that true emergencies can occur and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For assistance with cancellations, we recommend contacting the salon directly.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

To preserve the integrity of our curated retail offerings, all sales are final.
Gift cards, memberships, and service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Professional styling tools are protected by the manufacturer’s warranty and must be handled directly through the brand. The salon is unable to process returns or exchanges for tools.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

Your experience is our priority. If you have any concerns regarding your service, we kindly ask that you contact the salon within 3 days of your appointment. Any service adjustments are offered at the sole discretion of the owners. While we are committed to delivering exceptional results, all services and retail purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.

CHILDREN & GUESTS

To maintain a calm, luxurious environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children only attend appointments when they are receiving a service. Additional guests should be kept to a minimum unless previously approved by the salon.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

All hair extension services require a consultation prior to booking. During this consultation, a detailed Extension Agreement will be reviewed and signed, outlining service expectations, maintenance requirements, pricing, and care guidelines.
This ensures every guest receives a fully customized, luxury experience with clear communication and exceptional results.
